Gallows : Orchestra Of Wolves

It's not often that you'll find me recommending a punky-metal-shouty band these days but . . .

Caught these guys supporting the MC5 (well, the MC3 + a Sister Of Mercy and a new lead singer) before Christmas and was massively impressed.  So, seeing they were down the 100 Club last week on a wet Tuesday night went along,  f**king sold out (wtf??), paid £15 off a tout (that older little scuzzy guy you often see at the smaller London gigs) and was even more impressed.

They've got a serious punk attitude, a natural born front man and it looks like they've paid for their tattooist's holiday home.

Add in some serious attitude . . . "Did you read about that guy who got 2 years for spiking girls drinks . . . I've only got one thing to say about that . . . the c**t should have got life" and songs that actually have a structure
 (rare for the genre, I submit Your Honour) and you've got a blindingly good group.
