This Mortal Coil - Song To the Siren - 12" rip
Sorry, all the pics on tinternet are crap & my digi's run out of batteries.
Up there with "Shipbuilding", "Song To The Siren" is possibly one of the most beutiful things ever committed to vinyl. This is the original 12" version (4AD - BAD310) on which you also get the slightly forgettable "Sixteen Days Reprise" but the really rather wonderful slice of '80's goth electronica that is "16 Days - Gathering Dust"
Bought back fond memories of The Batcave ripping that . . . .

Thanks for posting this much overlooked and forgotten 12". Would you happen to have the 7" version of Kangaroo? My copy is so badly scratched, I've only heard it once, but would love to hear it some day. It'll end in tears (b side) is only available on this release as far as I know. Thanks for the great blog.
